My professional life was defined by identifying deviations and controlling processes. However, a catastrophic personal crisis exposed the ultimate hypocrisy: I applied ruthless control to the standards of products, but treated the structure of my own soul as an afterthought.
The Mill System was forged in the crucible of that failure. It is not a secret philosophy for the elite; it is a systematic algorithm for achieving spiritual, mental, physical, financial, and relational excellence through the PDCA cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act).
